Martyn serves as a Board Member at Persianas Retail Limited. He provides an independent view on the running of the business, oversees the implementation of strategy within PRL’s system of governance and the risk appetite set by the Board.

Martyn joined Puma in 1996 and has held several positions since. The British executive was until now in charge of Eastern Europe, Africa and the Middle East as regional general manager, reporting directly to Björn Gulden, CEO of Puma. He was also responsible for starting up 14 subsidiaries in the region with all that involves the recruiting, training, marketing, selling and retail development. After 24 years at Puma, Martyn is now a Global Ambassador for Wildlife Works.

Martyn was brought up between Europe and East Africa. He attended St Andrew’s School, Turi and then went to England where he earned a Master’s in Classical and Ancient Studies from Oxford University..
