Bolaji joined PRL in 2019 as the Head of Finance. He is responsible for PRL’s financial well-being, regulatory compliance and providing strategic advisory to the executive management in areas of retail expansion, business growth, profit and cost optimization. As a finance professional with a wide range of knowledge and experience, he has been in charge of steering profitability and liquidity despite tough economic realities.

Prior to joining PRL, Bolaji was the Head, Financial Control and Treasury of BGL Securities Ltd where he was responsible for the management, financial reporting and operations and cost optimization of the company.

Bolaji earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Yaba College of Technology and an MBA in Finance and Accounting from the University of Liverpool, UK. He is also a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN). He is also an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN) and the Chartered Institute for Investment and Securities (CISI), UK.
